8. Get Lost in the Music
Those who enjoy music will never be bored as long as they have the means to play the songs they adore. Listen to your favourite albums or new releases in their entirety while you run on the treadmill instead of treating it like a workout.
You’ll be able to cover four to eight miles, depending on your pace, with an average album length of 45 to 60 minutes. Pay more attention to the music playing in your ears instead of your pounding feet and racing heart. On a treadmill, it’s difficult to lose yourself in the moment unless you’re engrossed in the music.
9. Do Intervals or Pyramids
